The SSP club have been at it again with "employment being at an all time high," there is lots of opportunity to get "employed" and now we are going to train ex prisoners. :woohoo:

They think that by re training ex prisoners, they are far more likely to re offend, id say its going to be the opposite once they see their Tory shredded pay cheque.

Some people become criminals by being in a position of having no money and end up caught in the system after not being able to pay bills like very nearly happened to me after no wage nor benefits of any kind for several months (after somebody else's mistake finally acknowledged just in time). So how many are really criminals to start with? The way I see it they are turning more people into criminals with local councils getting away with acting like courts themselves. Isn't TV License the biggest single example of why people end up in court right now? Well that is one figure you could put a stop to instantly if you were so bothered about crime. If it is already like that now and wages are still going down then things are not going to get any better and this is just a smokescreen deflecting away from the causes as per usual.

As for 'employment' I think we need an updated definition of that from said government experts who have probably stolen more money than anybody in the country. Oh sorry I forgot you don't get a criminal record for fiddling your expenses in Westminster. I thought employment meant being in a paid job not on a pointless training course.
