The Canary has been speaking to real people on the ground at foodbanks and street homeless projects in Cornwall. 17 neighbourhoods in the county “are among the most deprived (worst 10%) in England”. In 2016, over a quarter of Cornish children were identified as living in poverty. Cornwall also has the third highest rate of homelessness in the country, and it faces the specific challenges of rural deprivation and poverty.

It seems busy at the Penzance Street Food Project in Cornwall. Every night, members of the local community work as a team to feed homeless people. But the team says this is a quiet night. The Canary promised not to use real names or to take photos of people who’ve come here to eat. And rightly so, because earlier this year, the BBC filmed without permission.

James* is 51. He comes here to eat every night. He then returns ‘home’… to a tent.
“There isn’t any safety in camping”

James has been homeless for two years. He was a carer for his father. But after six years, his father “had me arrested”, which he says “was a strange thing”. His father sold the house, moved away, and James has been homeless ever since.

It's the immigrants' fault!

What's Tommy Robinson doing about it?

Trying to make this country a better place for all.

Helping our vetrans when they have been let down.

TR is not the problem he highlights the problem. He is no saint but 1 of few who will talk. Wont solve problems without talking and very few Mps will talk. They will only talk/act when it means votes.
In short TR is not the person he is made out to be. Fast forward 5-10 yrs and it will be scary out there in my humble opinion.
Pls watch the last video eye opener
