I think he has put this together very succinctly, some clear journalistic ability. I like how he mentions triggers and not that this is a selfish set of fears, he is more afraid for the world in general - interesting and realistic, not easy to ignore considering our government have spent millions on it and sent troops to their deaths defending us from 'terrorist' forces. If they are protecting us then it is from something scary and real, right?

I don't think there is anything more annoying than that first sub 15 (usually 0) points result from an ESA claim. On top of feeling like crap you are effectively being called a cheat and that you are not entitled to this benefit - even though your GP has given you serious medicatin and put you on the sick. It is though most appropriately viewed as a clear flaw in the system and designed to deflate and discourage of which the opposite is how you should eventually react to it at the start of what can be a long drawn out battle and in the meantime you will get the ESA assessment rate including if the appeal hearing is adjourned right up to and beyond it if you are succesfful. This assessment rate will pay for your gas electric and stop you starving whilst you wait. If your health improves in the meantime then all well and good but you would still need something basic to live on whilst you try and get your life back on track. You have to think like your enemy and play for time which means money. It is their system, it is they who are corrupt and negligent, you are merely unfortunate to be on the end of it whilst ill and in need of support. Don't give in without a fight because then you will hate yourself as much as you hate them and it will only fester and make an illness like depression worse.
