Quote from DNS news: McArdle said that, even though Atos had run the contract “catastrophically”, he had seen no improvement in performance since Maximus took over, and he said the company should now be “stripped of the contract”.

It`s no surprise that a change from ATOS to Maximus has seen little change in policy or the way these companies carry out ESA and PIP assessments is not aligned to meet each individual claimant and being able to understand the criteria of each category in terms of physical or cognitive/mental health understanding is well beyond the reach of people who think they just have to `tick` some boxes in a form and give examples of their conditions. These assessment forms have hidden agendas and only those who read law or have factual insight into how best to answer the questions tp pass` the exam will know how to navigate the minefield of beurocracy.
