Thanks, it has-been a joy. You reminded me of

Some of my earliest thoughts on Jobmatch:
'Looking for a Job goes Orwellian' (Oct 2012)
"Currently the Europe Commission is consulting on introducing a tougher unified EU wide Data Protection regime, including strengthening the definition of consent"

May 25th 2018: General Data Protection Regulation comes into force in the UK, alongside
the new Data Protection Act (23/5/2018).

What is the difference between the DPA 2018 and the GDPR?

The DWP recently abolished the highly privacy invasive
Jobmatch and replaced it with a castrated little brother called 'Find a job'.

A big welcome from me MrFrankZola. Your recent joining and contributions have been very welcome and the forum is growing up more as a consequence of having members who have a genuine focus on helping others through the minefield that is UK welfare. This should be a `members led` forum where if we get things wrong, we learn from it.

Thanks, on 'Find a Job' and considering JSAg/Claimant Commitment negotiations worth noting

"1,169,024 Jobs in UK" on www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/uk

"141,771 Jobs" in UK on findajob.dwp.gov.uk/search?q=&w=

Hi, now taking a leave of absence from WC. I joined to help on matters relating to the Find A Job site and am finding myself getting too repetitive on this topic. I will continue to research FAJ and post updates elsewhere and monitor FOI requests on FAJ et al. And offer help through other means, in a totally private in-confidence manner.

As before, I will keep an eye on WC and other claimant forums, to inform the direction of my research.

Thanks for everyone's support and feedback.
