UC will be an ongoing expense for this country if the Tories stay in power as they just won`t accept it`s not fit for purpose. I wonder though if Labour would scrap it? Interesting to see what would happen and if they would look at the costs already spent and think it`s worth throwing more cash at an already broken system. We read about UC being in FULL operation like the bloody Death Star by the end of this year in most job centres, yet they also say it won`t be fully operational until 2022 or beyond? So wo is telling the truth?

"We work in short phases and, as explained before, ‘target dates’ are not features of agile programme management"

er ... no That isn't agile that's some sort of play it by ear in the hope if you deliver bugger all you never promised anything to start with so can't be held to account .. strategy

My feelings on UC is that its realy just a tory cash cow my guess is its there buddys in postions where this money is being spent and they are useing it in some way to line there own pockets as they anounce more delays and increased costs to the public they are secretly laughing as they excuse another few billion sunk in to there agenda.
someone somewhere along the line is benifiting from all this cash being spent and its sure as hell not us
