Theresa May is to announce that tuition fees in England will be frozen at £9,250 a year and a scheme to help people buy new homes will be extended.
The PM said the fee repayment threshold would also rise, so graduates will only start paying back loans once they earn £25,000, rather than £21,000.
It comes after both tuition fees and student loan interest rates were raised from the start of the autumn term.
Labour, which wants to scrap tuition fees, called the plan "desperate".
The prime minister, who is in Manchester for her party's conference, also pledged to extend the Help to Buy scheme which helps people buy newly-built homes, in an attempt to win over younger voters.

She would do far better,
Scrapping UC, Ending the Benefits Freeze, Making Sanctions Illegal,
And Outlawing Zero Hours Contracts. :)
Instead of the stated Ballshit !. :)

They are full of crap. What you suggested Paul would make a real difference, but that`s not what they want. Never will.
