Ready and waiting on the next election Paul. Lets hope it`s soon. Especially if it`s called amongst the Tories messing up Brexit or not able to do a long term deal with the DUP. Although they are not stupid and knowing them, they would kick May out, hold a leadership contest, Boris would win and possibly sway the public into believing what he tells them in his buffoon-like way. That`s the fear...the Conservatives know how to hold onto power and they will use every trick in the book to do it.

I actually hope he does become leader, it'll be the final nail in the Tories coffin should there be another election within the next few months. I do think the majority of the UK public will remember all the false promises he put forward during the Brexit campaign, and how he slipped into the shadows when the public voted to leave. Remember he was initially in favour of us remaining in the EU?
Being questioned under pressure that "amiable buffoon" pretence is soon exposed to show that he's one of the nastiest pieces of work in the Tory party....

With both tories and labour divided internally on the eu referendum, imagine how hilarious the 'better together' mk2 campaign is going to be. The SNP did lose some but if ever there was a time for independence this is surely it.

i would like to thank all the young people who voted in this election and stopped this nasty tory party and its nasty policies in its tracks. You can see now how much power you have when you get motivated in standing up against a nasty government whos only agenda is and always will be divide and rule.
Your generation will go into the history books and you will be very very proud when you get to my age and have children of your own and telling them that you was there and it was you that did it.
I have always said that if the young would vote then we would never see another nasty tory government in power ever again and we would have fairness for all .
The young now have hope and good prospects when this nasty government is kicked out and a labour government led by JC is in power.
There is change ahead big change and its down to you young people .
Your going to be stronger at the next election so dont sit back keep fighting and talking and we will get there with your help.

I salute you..

Power to the people....as Wolfie (in your avatar) would say nemesis! I also congratulate each and every one of the younger voters for voting and making a difference to the result, although not quite what we wanted, but it`s a start. That feeling of derailment we have all felt since around 2010 cannot be forgotten and keeping everyone engaged in politics is vital. We all know that politicians are just puppets who run the establishment for those elites who actually control everything, so it`s up to us, the little people, to stop them in their tracks and vote for what WE want.

LOL Comply, thanks. Not seen you as much lately, your comments always make me smile :) .
For the nasty tories it was a false positive and for labour it was a true negative . Can any one get their head round the fact that the nasty tories won but in fact lost everything and labour lost yet won the hearts and sole of a nation. Next time (very soon) labour will wipe the nasty tories out and Scotland will see sense and boot the nasty twats out altogether. If they had known what labour were about to do Scotland would have been red all over. Bet their kicking themselves now .
Happy days ahead.

Lets hope so nemesis. I can`t get my head around the fact that Scotland voted in MORE Tories rather than Labour MP`s.....still pondering that one. Labour need to hold tight now and bide their time, not say anything to put their foot in it, so to speak with the press (Dianne Abbott springs to mind, bless her) and keep up the momentum of that spirit they have created of good will and changing the mindset of those who feel a bit lost and bewildered.

Dianne Abbott is a very big liability to labour, she means well but.............. !. The job she has is to big and she will always be shot down by the nasty tories or goes on a sickie if the going gets tough ! !. Going into hiding, which she does, is a big mistake as May well knows now. There are other positions she would be well suited in.
Yes I agree labour should keep their head down for a bit now when engaging with the public and just concentrate on attacking the nasty tories in the house of commons. Labour are a party that dont tell lies anymore unlike the nasty tories who change day into night and night into day. The public can see honesty and they like it. They also want a bit of a spending spree and a good time so bring it on lol.

Ms Abbott should be respectfully replaced by someone more suited to that role, but given another role she would do well in and if questioned on why she was demoted, she should just say that due to health issues, she felt that she could not do justice to the role she was given and wish whoever replaces her well and leave it at that. The press will ask questions all the time so they have to be clever with their answers and not fall into traps. It`s a death knell for any MP to come across an incompetent or not know their role.
