Work and Pensions Select Committee chair Frank Field MP has written to Universal Credit Programme Director Neil Couling, demanding an explanation of how “misleading advertising” is compatible with, and supportive of, the Government’s commitment to be transparent and honest with claimants and stakeholders over Universal Credit.

In a post shared on Twitter, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) claimed that Universal Credit “mirrors the world of work” by paying claimants monthly, but Mr Field has argued that not all low-paid workers are paid monthly.

The post also claimed that Universal Credit provides claimants with ongoing “flexible support” – a claim that Mr Field said doesn’t “reflect the reality of how people live, work, and budget”.

Im Sure the Great Majority of the British people, Especially the Millions Caught up in this UC Nightmare can see through the Tory Lies,
and Ignoring the Devastating results UC is having; All in the Name of Capitalist Greed & Profits.
And for that reason The Tory s will Ignore All the Truth about UC, and keep it on rolling,
Till Rioting and Civil War Break out.

Yes Finnster a certain radio station have a real slick sorry sick advert run daily.Makes me cringe ever time i hear it as does the vid below.I just cant believe these people have been brainwashed. Its a bloody disgrace.

"The joke centres not a bad place to be"are you for real matey! :cheer:
"We need that extra support from a work coach" :cheer:

They really make it sound as though its like winning the lottery and the best way of finding 'more work,'so now all we need is 2-3 jobs to actually live in UK ltd. :cheer:

"Give them support and help them where they want to get," :cheer: right all hot air i am afraid .I've suggested 3-4 things where i could get constructive help and they had bugger all to assist me.

Now, i ask everyone on here, are they actually paying these people ,are they for real or actors,if the later give them an Oscar. Like OMG!

"Quote": Universal credit is there to always support them, especially if they are on low wages".....yes, I`ll bet it is. Ready to sanction that low wage person if they can`t find `more hours` or `another job`. It`s called `In Work Conditionality`. Don`t see them mention that little fact in the video though....

One reason I avoid Radio like the plague, and stream my own Music Playlists from the web. B)
