And that sums it up in a nutshell, Its a Benefit designed for people who have Digital access and skills, And with the Conservative Goverment SHUTTING DOWN thousands of Librarys and Unemployment Drop in Centres, Not to Mention Closing Hundreds of Job Centres, How the F**k are Million's of People supposed to Claim
